Attorneys and other professionals who currently are in charge of implementing a law firm’s diversity program and who spend at least 51% or more (25% or more of firm with 249 attorneys or less) of their time managing a law firm’s diversity initiative are eligible for membership.

Membership is limited to individuals who work in law firms. If a law firm employs more than one diversity professional, all of the professionals may join the organization but they, as a group, are limited to one vote on all matters submitted for a vote to the membership.

The Board of Directors will review each application for membership and will have full discretion to approve or deny applications. Each members is expected to serve on at least one of the Association’s committees (click here for information on the committee structure).

Members are charged an initial membership and annual memberships for each calendar year thereafter. Initial membership dues for 2016 are $1,500.00 and subsequent annual dues are $500.
