The Association has undertaken the following activities in order to fulfill its mission:
1. Offer opportunities for the professional development of the Association’s members;
2. Share information on various aspects of law firm diversity management;
3. Meet periodically — and at least yearly — in conjunction with other diversity events;
4. Liaise with other organizations that have diversity initiatives or have expertise in developing and sustaining diversity initiatives;
5. Facilitative communication on issues of importance to professionals involved in law firm diversity initiatives.
Additional committees may be established by the Board of Directors in the future.
